Sarah is very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my concerns and was able to find the issue areas of my body. I left feeling relaxed and am looking forward to my next appointment!
Sarah does an excellent job of finding and neutralizing the key areas. I appreciated her willingness to talk about my problem areas before the massage to get an idea of what was hurting me in order to plan for the massage. She is very thoughtful about her approach to the session. Too many times, I have had massages where my areas of concern are ignored but this is not the case with Sarah.
