To put it plainly, the Proprietess, Ms. Clark, simply does not understand how to treat clientele. If one purchases a $1,400.00 daybed, along with other items previously, then every subsequent visit to the store one should be greeted with enthusiasm and courtesy by Ms. Clark if she is present.
