I paid $240 each for lenses only and was told they had a lifetime warranty. Went in today because the Crysal lenses scratched and are warrantied for scratches. They told me they only had a 2 yr warranty on them. I told them that I was told they had a lifetime warranty but was told no. They do not honor their warranty and are overpriced to begin with.

My family and I have been patients for over 13 years, and have been very well taken care of here. We have had routine exams, testing and ordered glasses for the whole family and remain thoroughly pleased.

Contacts took 5 weeks. I wear Acuvue, other places get them to me in 1-3 days. They even told me they rushed the order... next...my glasses were off. I had to return the three times to fix! I've worn glasses for 22 years, the lens Perscription or axis was off, then scratched the next reorders. NEVER have I encountered such a bad office. They are friendly enough until you have a problem. Also 45 min wait... at least they show HGTV in the waiting room.
I came here a week ago for contact lenses. I did the exam and a couple of other tests which my insurance paid. I was given a single pair of contacts as a trial and rescheduled for a few days later for a follow up and to order the new contacts. At the follow up appointmeet I sit with the rep and go over payment options. My insurance covers $140 of the cost for new contacts.
