Relaxation and pain relief will be priorities during the massage including specific work on areas of stress or injury. Each massage session is contoured for each client. It is our hope that, after each session, our clients leave feeling noticeably better, more relaxed, & ready to engage the day with positive energy.

I booked with Sandy today, she was an absolute pleasure. I have chronic pain from childbirth/arthritis and walked out feeling better than I have in months. She was also super friendly and made the appointment very comfortable.
I did my first spinal flow technique with Dayna and it was such an awesome experience! The front end of the appointment was very informative and I felt fully prepared and informed every step of the way by Dayna's expertise. After the spinal flow my spine felt so aligned, almost like I had just had a chiropractic adjustment. I felt a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation, can't wait to come back again!!

Erin did a great job relieving my back pain. She even spent a few extra minutes. She was timely and the clinic was clean and comfortable. She explained what she was doing and also gave me some things to work on at home so that I wouldn’t need treatment as often. I’m very pleased and will be back.
