A couple weeks ago I came in for some flower. While I was at the counter I saw a cockroach run across the counter. Being a dispensary I thought was clean has visible cockroach infestation is appalling. My budtender didnt seem to even notice it as the tall girl with black hair had turned to grab some jars. Budtender was great. Seeing a cockroach somewhere I stop at when I get gas is gross.
I went in sometime last week and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Matti, one of the bubbliest and most knowledgeable budtenders i've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not the place where loyalty as a customer is worth building. I appreciate that answer, but this is something that already was dealt with staff, and I kept coming to the store as a second chance an an apology from another staff on behalf of the disrespectful one. And then it happened again.
