The facility was really nice everybody was very friendly and welcoming

Tami Heart your wrong. My mom is fine. She has nothing but great things to say about Genesis. And it wasn't the nurses giving it to her it was her doctor giving orders to the nursing home to follow. The staff and nurses were always nice and respectful to me.
