When they did arrive the delivery person had a terrible unprofessional attitude and took a picture of my ID on his personal phone. I asked why take a picture and not scan it. He said the scanner isn't working so he took a picture as proof of delivery. Proof of delivery should be the taking a picture of the building. Not my ID.
