I called ahead to see if they had what I was specifically looking for, and not only was she very helpful, she even set it aside for me until I could get there. Very friendly and knowledgable. The store it’s really good has a good selection! So much better than other stores in the area that I've visited and with a much better price
We came in to exchange or return an item and the sales person gave us maximum bad attitude. The item (panties) were NWT but she said that it is their policy that underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We haven't seen a single sign inside the store stating their policy. She was very smug about it and was laughing in our faces when I said that the item is too small. When I mentioned about their policy display, she said : "Oh the owner knows." Overpriced and very bad customer service attitude: buyers be very wary
