Staff was genuinely nice, and I want to support a women’s business in Old Town. But I need to be honest about my experience. I called about their bra drive. The person on the phone said if I brought bras in, I’d get 15% off. I later found out they were already running a store-wide 15% off sale, so it wasn’t really tied to the donation. I wish I saw the reviews BEFORE purchasing here at the end of April. I had a wedding out of town that I was very much looking forward to! I called ahead to see if they had what I was specifically looking for, and not only was she very helpful, she even set it aside for me until I could get there. Very friendly and knowledgable. The store it’s really good has a good selection! So much better than other stores in the area that I've visited and with a much better price here
I had a very disappointing experience at Bloomers on King Street, especially as someone who has been a loyal customer of this shop in the past. I do want to note that most of the employees I’ve interacted with before have always been helpful and sweet, which made this experience even more surprising.
