I have in previous years stopped by this establishment and enjoyed what they have had to offer. HOWEVER, over the last year I have attempted to stop by on 4 separate occasions, which, mind you, I do not live in this area. On all those occasions, the store was NOT open as per its posted business hours on google (12-6). This place is very friendly and the people there are very nice. The services that they have are well-done. The reason I am giving the three-star rating is due to the unprofessional manner in which the business is run. Calling during published business hours gets no person but a message saying that voicemail is not accepted. This situation has happened to me twice. Ivette is a beautiful perfectionist. She is very detailed and careful through manicures and pedicures. Had the opportunity to meet owner Mandy and she is very kind and welcoming.
