I can't say enough about the service and the blinds I have purchased at Bloom's Blind & Shade. The majority of all my window treatments have come from this store. Matthew is great to work with and is very meticulous of all his products. He has helped me with every decision I have made. Also, if something doesn't agree with him when it gets delivered he will return it and reorder a new one for you. This company stands by their product and I highly recommend them!
Great process end to end! Will use again in future!
We've been working with Bloom's Blind and Shade for almost 10 years . We were already very satisfied with the final product they helped us choose and install, but any additional ask for help was done promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone. We live within a 10-mile radius of their store in Newton.
Very knowledgeable staff that actually took the time to understand our layout and needs. Everything from the quote, order, to the install went well. Would definitely recommend and use again for any needs.
The whole entire process was professional and customization was great, so many options to choose from! Matt and John are great, very personable and a pleasure to talk to! The whole process was seamless!
