Amazing and beautiful results; body talk therapy is one of the most flourishing experiences I’ve enjoyed as an alternative to even massage therapy and biofeedback.

I have had the pleasure of having 2 sessions of Body Talk with Lauren. These sessions offered me an experience that validation, intrigue and comfort. After both sessions I immediately felt grounded with a clear focus regarding the questions had going into the sessions. Absolutely love what this woman does! Lauren is amazing and I really enjoy the long distance Body Talk sessions so I can listen to them whenever I need a refresher:). Her ability to communicate not just through Body Talk but with the Human Design readings as well, I instantly felt lighter and a huge sense of relief! The words, 'holy hell!
