Bloom Stouffville is a beautiful experience for retirement living. The staff are so caring and helpful. I cannot say enough about them. They have so many programs for your entertainment and wellbeing. We have a great time at karaoke and the manager George missed his calling. He is a wonderful entertainer at Karaoke.
The accommodations and staff are wonderful. A few residents help out voluntarily. I enjoy the swimming, the craft times and especially, the friends I've made here. It's a great place to live.
After one year of my mother living here I could not wait to get her out. The whole experience with Bloom from the day she moved in until the day she left by ambulance was terrible. The Roger's fiasco, no phone or TV for over 6 weeks was awful, Sawyer was so rude to my mom I wanted to punch him, these staff should NOT be working with the vulnerable.
