Had an initial consultation a few months ago, but did not retain them due to changing circumstances. I've been trying to contact them via phone and leaving messages for several days but nobody it getting back to me. I'm ready to hire them, but if they don't respond to messages or answer their phone, I have serious concerns that they'll be able to assist me when needed.
