Jen is a GEM! I have learned so much from her, she does an incredible job of equipping you with the tools and the understanding to truly care for yourself. She will make you feel genuinely comfortable, would recommend this to any and every woman.
I first met Dr. Jen for her birth prep course during my second pregnancy. I learned a lot and felt way more prepared than I did with my first. I started seeing her for PT at 6 weeks postpartum.
