This business charged my sis $98.00 for an arrangement of flowers that was delivered to me today. It was nothing like the picture they showed her. Looks more like an arrangement from Ralph's that is $29.00. Please do not use them. It is a scam. Thank you. Jenny from los osos.
I'm from out of the area and wanted to send flowers to a friend in the area. Bloom 'n Grow sent the most beautiful arrangement to my friend. When I saw the pictures I couldn't believe how gorgeous and for a very affordable price! Definitely will be using them again in the future.
