i’ve been coming there for years. I came when you had to have a card to get what you wanted, now you just need your drivers license so that’s a whole lot better and everyone from the guy upfront or the girl upfront to the guys and girls in the back, they are super great. They’re very knowledgeable& gave me some suggestions on exactly what I wanted, and what he suggested was exactly how it made me feel with my cartridge. I was impressed with my entire experience. I recommend this place to everyone. Hunter greeted me immediately with a big smile. He gave recommendations & had a ton of knowledge including what I should or should not give my dog. He even made sure that I got my rewards points. I’ve been to a few places in Columbus and a friend told me to come to Bloom. I’m glad I did & I will be coming back. Thanks Hunter!

“Chef” was my bartender today and I must say he Was the best bartender I have ever encountered in Bloom. He took his time to help me, he even searched high and low for a vape pen, even looking in the display cases and had other employees looking also. I didn’t think they had one and then out of nowhere.
