If I could give Bloom no stars I would. I just tried to arrange for Sarah from the Truro branch to do a home visit with my 98 year old gran. Her attitude was very negative from the onset as she explained to me that although there was no obligation to buy, as such, she could see at least six people in a clinic in the time it would take to do a home visit, so she would be coming with the expectation that we would be moving forward with a purchase.
