Just had a ketamine infusion done here for the first time. I had done this previously a few years ago at a different place. this was a wonderful experience. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They had music and headphones, eye masks, and red light therapy as well. I could not have had a better experience and I cannot wait to go back for the rest of my infusions! Thank you so much!

Based on Dr. Raymond Brovont and Bloom Health's public image and messaging, I expected a practice that prioritized patient safety, thorough medical review, and patient-centered care. Unfortunately, my experience in May 2026 was very different. Before beginning an IV infusion, my medical records had not been reviewed and intake paperwork was not fully completed. I highly recommend Bloom for anyone struggling with iron deficiency. I’ve been attempting to seek care for this condition for over 1 year now and have been unsuccessful. I consulted with Dr. B and he reviewed my most recent labs and recommended IV iron infusions promptly. No time was wasted and he saw that I got treatment immediately! I had my first of 4 iron infusions here today. The nurse did a great job with the IV and the infusion was comfortable. There was a scheduling mixup on the day of my appointment and Dr. Brovont personally called me to get me rescheduled and make everything right. I still got in same day and was able to be treated no problems. Everyone was so nice and attentive!

My partner and I had the pleasure of consulting with Dr Brovont at his office in KC, and I will say we were more than impressed. His knowledge about men’s health management/ support, and his chair-side manner was impeccable. We felt at ease talking about anything related to our health. No feeling of being judged, no white coat syndrome. Just a feeling of being heard -with a collaborative plan in place . If you need a men’s health practitioner this is your team.
