Can I give this company 10 stars? I was helping with decorations for a friend's big birthday party. From start to finish the experience working with Bloom Balloon was excellent: Prompt and clear communication, my specific instructions followed to a T for types of balloons and weights, exactly on time delivery for our short window of time for set-up at the ballroom.
