I had to try to get my BIL into a facility rather quickly and Amanda at Bloom at Bossier went above and beyond to help us get him in in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, he declined rather quickly and needed a room in Assisted Living. Once again, Amanda exceeded herself to accommodate us with a room in that area. My 83 yr old dad just relocated to The Bloom from another facility and he is loving it here. The food is wonderful.. The employees are very friendly and the house keeping ladies are top notch.. He's meeting new friends and reconnecting with old friends that are here also.. Thanks, good job everyone!

My Mother is at Bloom @ Bossier, she loves it there!!!! The staff is amazingand I know she is in the best hands possible!!!! OK!!! Her one complaint is the food, but I know everyone has bad days in the kitchen!!!!! Ya'll are wonderful!!!
