I am blown away by Shea! I had my first (and definitely not last) massage from her last weekend and I texted a friend after and told her “Shea is transformative.” Once I dropped into my body and relaxed, so much healing happened for me. Yea Shea! She's back in downtown AVL. Her space is tranquil, her art in thai yoga massage send you into a sublime state. Your body feels soo good when you get up from a treatment you feel like you've been transported back into a cocoon. Amazing! 7/09/25 Back in my state of bliss for another session with Shea. This time I didn't realize how I was "transported" into a deeper state of calm unti I got up from my Thai yoga massage. Thank you, again, Shea .
