The rudest front desk person ever ever was this old polish lady Maria, very condescending negative tone of voice full of contempt. Ick. Ruins the day like a bad tattoo. I was just looking for leisurely fun spa time and not attack? crazy people coming out of the woodworks. Omg, so terrible.
They don't answer the door. Too much waiting

Tatiana - Thank me later guys 😊. Her service is top-notch . She is very warm, friendly, easy to get along and of course her massage skill is exceptionally good. She is a gem and hope the spa hires more client centric attendent like her, she is 10/10. I would also like to acknowledge Nadia(front desk lady) - she is very friendly and understands customer service. Thank you for the management and I can this is a very well managed spa. Thanks👋
