Had an issue with a past due water bill from previous owner. Contact the law firm in reference to it. They step in and did they right thing on their client behalf, matter was ultimately taken care of. However, the situation caused avoidable inconvenience and could likely have been prevented with more proactive handling before closing. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and procedures for future clients.
I have gone to Steven and this firm for multiple things including my house closing. They're always willing to help and always explain things thoroughly so I never feel overwhelmed. I would highly recommend to anyone.
DO NOT HIRE!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! BLODNICK *( YEARS OLD AND DEMENTED!!!
Horrible. Do not waste your valuable and hard earned money. Go elsewhere . It is disheartening and offensive that other negative reviews were acknowledged. Apparently my distasteful experience doesn't require an explanation. Or, perhaps the situation stems into a deeper realm of disturbingly bad representation. Do not hire or waste any monetary value on this attorney
