My last new furniture purchase was 10 years ago I bought a Flexsteel sofa and media cabinet form Blocker's. Recently I moved a used Universal piece that had been purchased at a consignment store. I needed a couple of replacement parts that had to come from Universal Furniture. Could not be happier with our experience with Blocker's. Ordered 2 curio cabinets on their website with just a phone call and delt directly with one of the owner/family members. Had a concern about getting a undamaged cabinet since it was 70% glass bur was reassured that it would be inspected at warehouse and only a perfect item would be delivered. Cabnits were delivered in the time frame quoted and delivery and setup by Adam and Robert was outstanding. Will only deal with Blockers for our future furniture needs.
I bought some of my furniture from them years ago. Everything went pretty smooth. I decided to add a little more to one of the sets. After giving the items it took a little time before I got any response. They gave me a price but wouldn't put it on paper. Drove to the store and paid for half of the order that we would be picking up. After she charged us she then told us it's a $50 customer pick up fee! 50 dollars? Fantastic business with beautiful furniture. We love our new dining table set and coffee table. The owners of the store were very helpful and the delivery men were professional and friendly. We will definitely be back for sofas.
