Excellent quality and customer service!
B&Z is my go to place to find frames. They have a great selection for petite faces and provide excellent customer service. On my most recent purchase, they found a defect in my frames when installing my lenses for which the manufacturer tried to offer a suboptimal solution. Ofer insisted the manufacturer provide a new pair. I love my new look and won't shop anywhere else!
We recently switched from another optician in town to B&Z Opticians. We have had a superb experience with B&Z for two pair of glasses and one repair (that extended the life of a pair of glasses and avoided the need for a replacement). Ofer and his team really listened to my “fit” needs and recommended a frame that works really well for me. Great customer orientation and expertise. We wish we had switched years ago! We could not be happier, and recommend B&Z with no hesitation.
