This is the best shop around here the owners are awesome caring people who will do anything to help you out!! Just love shopping with them, just ask my pocketbook!!! I have now been using the block for some time and can say that it helped me a lot. I can take a deep breath in again, rotate my upper body better and feel overall better. I was a little confused at the beginning and felt overwhelmed by all the options so the starter program just perfect for me. The sessions are kept short but they work through the whole body. I’ve gone through the Starter Program 2 times and am 4 classes into my third time through. I’m grateful to Deanna and Quinn for helping me learn how to advocate for my own health.
Life changing! I am on Day 10 of the Starter Program and I can't believe the change in my body. I have experienced significantly reduced pain and an incredible increase in mobility. I wish I would have had this program years ago, but so thankful to have it now. Each session is only 25 minutes long and has a meditative effect, in addition to fascia release. I save for the end of the day, to have the most wonderful calm feeling before sleep. Highly recommend this program!
