I love this idea, having come from working at a massage therapy school I’m a huge believer in fascial release. However… the digital content is way overpriced as is the block. $50 a month is outrageous or $79 for each series?? And if you purchase the online membership you don’t even get a block? The idea is great, concept is on point but def too rich for my blood
This is the best shop around here the owners are awesome caring people who will do anything to help you out!! Just love shopping with them, just ask my pocketbook!!! I have now been using the block for some time and can say that it helped me a lot. I can take a deep breath in again, rotate my upper body better and feel overall better. I was a little confused at the beginning and felt overwhelmed by all the options so the starter program just perfect for me. The sessions are kept short but they work through the whole body.
