Customer service really bad from some, excellent from others. Walked in here willing to spend $550, but experienced bad customer service from one employee once they walked in and saw me trying jockstraps on. I was willing to buy everything, but was so disheartened by the experience I only purchased two. They sell Trump merch and think that it’s funny. The store rep was condescending and said I don’t understand and that I take things too seriously. Get with it and figure out your audience in a gay neighborhood.
I had that shop my favorite for couple years since when I came to Los Angeles . I promise myself everytime when I play in weho I will buy something to support the local entrepreneur. Last Saturday I came to the shop to buy new clothes and unfortunately . I have experienced discrimination during shooing . I don’t recommend that place more . I personally didn't visit the store, however a member of my team did. They were totally flawed by the selection and customer service. There might be other similar stores in NYC and FLORIDA, yet this is by far superior. More importantly, it's WEST HOLLYWOOD ! Enough Said ? INDEED ! If you're in the area my team member highly recommends you to stop by and shop. Always shop locally ! Enjoy and always be PROUD of who you are !
