BUYER BEWARE! Do not use Block Legal Services. In my 35+ years as a public and corporate accountant I have dealt with a lot of Attorneys but I have never encountered someone who was less transparent. First, after several emails there was no response with inquiries regarding a revocable living trust for a family member. A couple of phone calls met with no response. It's not often you get free time from a lawyer ... but I can now say it does happen! My sister recently passed away without a will or any legal preparation. Through an online referral service I connected with Will Block and received an initial consultation that was extremely helpful and he led me to other resources that have been very helpful. Not all resolved yet, but I am well on my way to getting things in order with the help of Block Legal Services. Thoughtful and helpful.
I cannot recommend Will Block enough for your estate planning needs. Extremely thorough, down-to-earth, and has a ‘client’s needs first’ mentality. He came highly recommended by my financial advisor David Hessel, and I can absolutely see why. I will be returning to him when it is time for me to establish a more involved estate plan and encourage anyone needing estate planning done to do the same.
Never had to handle anything like probate but block legal handles it like true professionals Will is very good at informing you of the process and holds true to his word he works for you. No regrets working with them.
