This booking experience is really disappointing. It is surely putting a sour start to the idea of going to Block Island. 3+ hours of dialing. Maybe I will cancel the trip and spend my money in a different location. Mistake. Lesson learned.

Great experience. People are helpful. The ferry is clean and ride was perfect. It’s off season so not so crowded. Not sure what it is like during prime time. Beautiful area around it as well.
Pouring rain. Two and a half hours before the boat sails. No place to wait for the ferry on the Island. They don't board the boat until 1 hour before it sails. So much for customer service.
