They just stole money from me I made a reservation and one hour later wanted to cancel it and was charged a fee, WRONG. Caution do not book with them Terrible company I tryied to talk to a manager and they hung up on me CAUTION
ridiculous - I canceled my reservation over 3 months in advance (april for a July trip) - they are still charging me $12.85 each way- completely egregious. I said that to the woman taking the call to which she said "It's really not unfair." This is 2023 -- get a cancelation policy consistent with modern times and a user friendly booking service- ie not telephone!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! After a long day at the beach, you just want to get on the ferry and go home right?! My family and I had a hour to spear before the ferry came so we decided we wanted to walk around and check out the shops before we lined up, but we had all of our beach stuff- so my brother in law walks up to a crew member and asks “ hey my good man, what is your name “? Trying to book a car reservation with this company has been impossible. The archaic call, hope to get through, wait on hold for however long is unacceptable. So much for enjoying BI this summer.
Vehicle reservation process/system MUST change. See all the comments from extremely frustrated potential customers who spent hours of their time trying to get through the phone lines today. Personally, I made over 300 calls between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and never got through. Completely unacceptable - especially given the tools/technology available today or even just better planning. This experience has completely put a damper on the excitement of the summer season and the idea of a BI vacation.
