I had a disappointing experience with H&R Block this year. I filed my taxes around April 2025 with Tax Pro Sukanya Chidambaram and paid nearly $400 for the service. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and messages, I received little to no response, which was incredibly frustrating. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Avoid like the plague. I had H&R block help me out with my taxes this year. While they did complete the task, I went weeks at a time waiting for follow-up communication, and any further requests for clarification resulted in no response through both email and the web portal.
