Block Bros. at Home – My sister and I have been shopping at Block Bothers for over 5 years. They have the most amazing selection of incredible bedding and linens for the home. Rob and Carolyn are great about assisting us with our needs for a certain room. They also have a fabulous sale room!

First Class Shopping Experience – I have shopped at Block Brothers since I was a litte girl with my parents at their store in Bedford 30 years ago. The store has blossomed into a beautiful boutique shop, which gives you the feeling of being another country with so many lovely things to look at. I recently redecorated 2 bedrooms from Block Brothers and I am so happy with the result. From the customer service I recieved, to the completed picture, Block Brothers is one the best class acts in town.

Not sure there is a ruder owner – I want to support local businesses but I would rather pay triple than ever give them any more of my money. I actually was yelled at by the owner who was proud enough to tell me she was the owner. She is not nice, does not appreciate customers and most of all does not know the power of communication. One person tells one person who tells another. If you would like to be treated nicely and have some show they appreciate your business DONT shop here.

Prices are way cheaper on the internet – Buyers be aware, this fancy place has inflated prices. The owner is known to be rude and talks down to her staff like monkeys, taking the charm away from this lovely place. Tension is felt at the doorway. You are followed throughout the store, which makes me uncomfortable. Too bad, such a great product.

Great Customer Service! – I have NO IDEA what this other person is talking about - must have been having a bad day. Block Bros at Home has been a Cleveland insitution for over the 30 years. They've built their business around customer service and quality at fair prices. I've been a valued, appreciated customer for years and the staff has treated me like family. They excel at client satisfaction and their selection of fine linens, pillows, towels, blankets, furniture, etc, etc, etc is A++++++++. I give the 5 Stars!

Unpleasant shopping – Awful people in a nice cage. Went for what they carry, but walked out empty-handed. Had to light a fire to get anyone to wait on me, and when I finally did, she was abrupt and dismissive of my questions about basic bedding qualities. Once I said that I was doing research and probably wouldn't be buying today, she scooted away, not to be seen again.
