Zia Parpia (tax preparer at H&R Block located on Miracle Mile) is excellent and if there are questions to be researched she is very thorough in doing what is needed to find out the right answers. Do not go here. I walked in to get some help with my taxes as a walk in which is listed as an option on the website. The front desk guy goes “that’s strange to walk in here without knowing anyone or what you need”. Let me be blunt, I need simple help with my taxes nothing major or complicated what’s really strange is having employees who talk to people this way. Would never take my business to a place like that. To the front desk guy, you’re strange.
