Today I went to request copies of some documents. I did not have an appointment, but the staff member who assisted me was rude and seemed unhappy to help me simply because I didn't have one. I understand that appointments may be preferred, but customers should still be treated with respect and patience. I hope the customer service can improve so that everyone has a better experience.
First of all, they rescheduled my appointment five times. Yes—FIVE. At that point I felt like I was trying to get tickets to a sold-out concert, not file my taxes. Then comes the consultation… and wow. This guy was both unprofessional and completely confused. We did a backdoor Roth IRA conversion—nothing exotic—but he looked at it like we brought him alien math.
