Extremely rude over the phone. I understand they are busy, but the woman that answered essentially hung up on me after asking a question. Told me "It doesn't matter".
Big THANK YOU to Mawish for letting me see the light and realize I do not have to put up with the incompetence of H&R Block/Block Advisors (regarding the failure to notify/provide estimated tax payments last year for my elderly father). And... after finding out the appointment she scheduled for us to come in last month was not actually recorded/booked, I went ahead and did his taxes myself, in 45-minutes, and the returns were nearly identical as last year (and saved us $350). Scheduled a consultation with Qader Khan, absolutely terrible experience with being interrupted over and over. Would not wish that experience upon anyone so leaving a review. Maybe choose someone else if you really need help.
Entered by mistake, was simply looking to file very simple personal tax returns, but the customer service was amazing. They cared and took care of everything in one stop. I meant to go to just a standard HR Block...happy with my mistake. Great place. Carleeta was awesome.
