This is the worst branch. They will make false promises and impede the work of other H&R Block advisors. Still waiting on my return after 2 years and countless visits to this location.
Honestly, terrible experience. They have cancelled appointment after appointment. I was then told after months of being strung along, they could file my taxes on their own time since they were too busy to do an office appointment. Well, I waited a week for my taxes to show as done. Called the office multiple times, no one ever picked up. Finally, contacted the national customer service to get a scheduled phone call with someone. They called me back days later for me to find out no one was scheduled to do my taxes. Ok. My late husband Matt n I had been using these tax pros for yrs n have ALWAYS been satisfied 😌 w the outcome however NOW tht im a widow n having to do the taxes solo it's frustrating when you can't reach em over the phone n yr late to yr appt so you can explain y but overall their pretty good just reaching em is frustrating
I was surprised at the added costs, simply to make a few extra clicks on the screen. I went in thinking I'd get a $60-90 bill and walked out with a $350 bill. I appreciated the prepper answering all my questions, however, with a rental, unemployment and a 5 different w-2's the extra help was appreciated, just expensive when you are counting every penny.
