This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have had. This was a joint experience — my partner and I both used this office for tax preparation. My return was prepared correctly. Unfortunately, my partner’s experience was where everything went wrong. Donna Jacobs was very professional and did my taxes while I sat there for significantly less than using a fancy accountant. The fee for my taxes was less than 1/3 of what I paid last year. I feel like I should’ve been using H&R Block for years.
