Sue was knowledgeable and experienced. I thought the pricing was a little high.
A previous HR Block employee made a mistake with my taxes and Susan was assigned to help me. For months I called her and emailed her about the issue and she told me that was "working on it" or "would definitely get back to me". This issue never got resolved and ultimately I ended up going to the Maryland State Comptroller to get help sorting out my taxes. My experience with her was unprofessional and incredibly frustrating.
I've been filling taxes for 35+ years and this year was by far the best filing experience ever. Ms. S. Ryan is a phenomenal tax advisor with secure capabilities that allowed me to file my taxes from the comfort of my home. #OUTSTANDING
