I had the worst experience at Block Advisors in Orland Park. I went in to file a Peace of Mind claim after my taxes were mishandled by another H&R Block location. I specifically chose this office to avoid working with the same people who originally made the mistakes. The person helping me was clearly new — and while I believe in giving grace, the situation quickly became frustrating.
