Block Advisors always makes filing my taxes and easy process. That’s why I keep going back.
My appointment was changed three times. The amount of tax due changed by thousands of dollars. She listed me as having social security income (when I have not started taking social security). I had difficulty understanding her, and she said the video app doesn't work. She wanted to charge $380 to file one simple federal 709 report nontaxable gift and $59 for the California gift return. This was after the last Block advisor retired (without telling me) and ghosted me.
