They charged my card following my tax services and called me the next day saying they charged the incorrect amount. In order for them to file my taxes, they said they needed to charge my card the correct amount (double what I had paid) and that they would refund the original payment. It has been two weeks and I have not received my refund nor have I received a follow up call, as promised. Unfortunately, Google does not allow me to give zero stars, which is what I would like to give based on my experience. I have been working with H&R Block in Greenwich for years. For the past couple of years, Paul was my tax advisor, and he was terrific; I was sad to learn he no longer works there. Since he left, my experience has been terrible (my mother is also unsatisfied). Had my appointment canceled at the very last minute 15 days into the tax return deadline for no reason or option to reschedule. Very inconvenient and untrustworthy.
