Very disappointed. Dropped off taxes to be done. Was led to believe it would be a couple of days. After almost 2 weeks, had to call and ask where they were. Got a call back from the manager, who was very nice and took care of it. However, I went to block advisors because I was under the impression it was a good deal. They charged me $340. Last year taxes were done elsewhere for $129 for the exact same amount of forms. Make sure you get a quote because it is a real rip-off price-wise.
