I went to visit the Redmond location today and was very pleased with the whole experience. My advisor was named Komal and she was very informative, helpful, friendly. She was able to fix my previous tax issue and file this years taxes in a timely matter Definitely going here next year to file again. Thank you for helping me!
I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM but waited for over 35 minutes without being seen by an advisor. Meanwhile, others who arrived after me were attended to. Frustrated with the delay, I had to leave without meeting anyone. Originally, my appointment was set for 10 AM, but they rescheduled it to 3 PM, causing further inconvenience.
