Shelly was Extremely helpful , and assisted me in a very smooth and straightforward manner. I was very lost when it came to dealing with my taxes. Shelly put me on track and explained everything so well to me. Shelly was also very patient in dealing with my many questions and lack of knowledge without making me feel uncomfortable for asking so many questions on these type of matters. I am so grateful for Shelly's service, she was super and I have no need to go to anyone else but her.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This “No hidden or surprise fees” is a lie! Nothing in their pricing is transparent. I was charged $767 to file taxes and that’s with a petty $60 discount!! You’d think I was a business owner.. it’s ridiculous. I even was transferred to their support team, because no one would pick up my phone calls. Wow! It was a super easy experience and I don’t regret my decision at all. My taxes were very complicated this year and I wanted to be sure they got done right. Diane was amazing, I definitely recommend this place for anyone needing help.
