If I could give negative stars, I would. This “No hidden or surprise fees” is a lie! Nothing in their pricing is transparent. I was charged $767 to file taxes and that’s with a petty $60 discount!! You’d think I was a business owner.. it’s ridiculous. I even was transferred to their support team, because no one would pick up my phone calls. Wow! It was a super easy experience and I don’t regret my decision at all. My taxes were very complicated this year and I wanted to be sure they got done right. Diane was amazing, I definitely recommend this place for anyone needing help.
