I had an excellent experience at H&R Block! Even though we filed our taxes late, they were super chill and took me right away. I didn't have an appointment, but they still got me in, and the whole process took just 20 minutes. no issues at all. I highly recommend them for a fast, easy, and professional tax service!

Had a fantastic experience with John Bird for years and recommend him to others! Recently, I have been transferred to a new representative and the experience has been horrible. The new representative did not file my taxes on time, maybe applied for an extension (no confirmation on this) and has not replied to any of my outreaches since April 10th. Extremely unprofessional to miss deadlines, make excuses and then stop responding. Still waiting for a response from your team!
