Very unresponsive when needed, did not fulfill obligations when requested at the local branch. We needed to escalate it to the HQ/ service line in order to properly document what went on. Even with the distract manager getting involved still lack responsiveness. We will not be returning after 3 years of doing business there.
Just here to warn anyone considering going here to not go. They are incredibly unresponsive and unavailable and vague in explaining what steps need to be taken. I signed up for a package and I’m going to be canceling
