I have been a customer of this location for six years. I've always known the back end systems for h&r block proper integration. This particular office has moved to a remote office, there's been no premium support. My taxes were assigned originally to accountant who had left the company despite the fact being told in advance that person no longer worked here, and I had to go in through the mobile app to register.
