Not the must professional place to get help with your taxes needs, I made an appointment for 4:45 pm, but I live almost 2 hours away by bus and I called this office and nobody picked up the phone, I was transfered to customer service and I asked them if I could be a couple of minutes late and I would be fine and they said I can be up to 15 minutes late and still make it to my appointment, and that they will let the office know that I was gonna be a couple of minutes late, but when I got to the office the person they schedule... read more
