I have 2-3 very specific tax questions, and I attempted to get into contact with someone on several occasions. I finally got an appointment on the third attempt (with email confirmation). I never received a call, couldn't get in touch with the office, and found out from H&R Block support that my appointment was moved without notice. Absolutely trash. Avoid.

My tax advisor worked very hard to get me my refund. I am a 1099 contracted employee. Once my payment would not go through I got a call from corporate to execute payment personally. They are great!
