The people at this H&R Block location are some of the nicest you’ll meet and genuinely great to work with. However, the corporate initiatives that are supposed to bring you in the door—especially in a competitive market where we have so many options—often fall short. I called for some information and the receptionist April was so helpful. She was even able to set up a virtual visit so I was able to work it into my busy schedule.
